Does anyone know when the college allstar games are ? I always watch the East-West Shrine Bowl, Hula Bowl, and wish I could watch the Senior Bowl (I don't have the NFLN). Darn you Optimum cable in NY (No NFLN), need to get Dish or Direct TV.

    Cactus Bowl
The Cactus Bowl showcases the top NCAA Division II players in the nation in a game attended by scouts from every NFL team in preparation for the NFL Draft in April.
    When: 01/09/09 Where: Kingsville, TX
    Time: 6:35 CST

Their website reports the game will be broadcast on the internet - see below.

I actually have a conference in Mobile (site of the Senior bowl) starting the day after the Senior bowl, so maybe I'll run into BB at the checkout desk.

I'm kinda hoping that BB and his staff caoch one of the teams.

No, see Bradford's post above, it's Div II and below All-Stars, just one more chance for the top kids in the lower divisions to showcase themselves for the scouts. I wish some outlet, like NFLN with it's endless repeat programming, would give the kids a national audience. I'd prefer to watch lower division kids play an All-Star game than watch 99% of the ESPN/NFLN programming.
