The Buccaneers have submitted a proposal that will be considered by league owners meeting in Orlando next week that would expand the scope of instant replay to include all penalties. Falcons president Rich McKay, co-chairman of the league's Competition Committee, said Tampa Bay's unique suggestion has already generated serious discussion.

I think that is much BIGGER news than anything else in the Truth and Rumors section.

This would be huge.. BUT they may have to expand the number of challenges.. I can think of four or five 'rules challenges' that we could have thrown in Denver alone. If that'd been in place then we may not have been eliminated that week! ;/
