It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Aren't there a pretty substantial amount of Patriots fans out there (I'm guessing more than there are Jaguar fans)? If they're like me they're super pissed off at the league right now. I imagine that there are going to be real financial repercussions for the league for this stupidity.Nailed it.
He's an owner. He is the league, for all intents and purposes. He's not on our side as consumers or Brady's side as employees except when all interests converge.
Hopefully, he'll get it reduced to maybe a game or two, but the 1st round pick is a steep penalty as well.
Of course he has. That doesn't make him anything close to the worst owner in the league however.Hyperbole aside, Kraft has handled this poorly.
Troy Vincent said:Here, there are several factors that merit strong consideration in assessing discipline. The first is the club’s prior record. In 2007 the club and several individuals were sanctioned for videotaping signals of opposing defensive coaches in violation of the Constitution and Bylaws. Under the Integrity of the Game Policy, this prior violation of competitive rules was properly considered in determining the discipline in this case.
That's the hardest part. Even if Brady is successful in his appeal, the 1st rounder will remain and will tarnish Belichick's and Brady's legacies forever. The damage is done. The pats of the 2000s will forever be known as the team which 2 1st round picks taken away by the league for cheating. Iam surprised Goodell didnt announce a suspension for BB.
More like Roger Goodell. Troy Vincent is a puppet, just like the arbitrator will be a puppet for Goodell so he can claim he had no involvement in the decision.
