Tank Dell—Won’t be able to survive NFL defenses laying the wood on him.

But before that happens no one will be able to guard him. He’ll make Jonathan Jones and even Marcus Jones, his Houston former teammate, seem as if they need to apply to Massachusetts’ Department of Motor Vehicles for handicap passes.

What say you?

Now that I think about it, I could have included another small young man in Josh Downs who is only an inch taller and ten pounds heavier than the diminutive 5’8”, 163-pound Tank Dell.

The irony of the nickname is noted.

There are so many good small receivers in this years class. Tank runs awesome routes and is really shifty. His 40 time wasn't as fast as I expected. If they take him in the third round or later I would be happy with the pick.

With the rules as they are in the league today, being a small slot receiver is less of an issue than ever. I also would be happy with Downs, Flowers, or Addison but probably wouldn't take Tank as high because he's the smallest and I believe had the slowest 40 of that group.

He lit up the senior bowl. I’d definitely take a flyer on him.

Taye Barber out of TCU is another little quick guy that intrigues me late.

Addison and Dell are must haves in this draft for bb!!! Jones qb okay will improve tremendously with these two weapons on the roster.

Maybe a 4th round pick? I'm not a big fan, ie I haven't seen him play, but if someone can make a strong case for him, I'd be willing to listen.

I do note that his scouting report indicates that he's a punt returner, but we already have our punt returner specialist in Marcus Jones.

He'll be gone well before the 4th

I like him, but not at 14. I wouldn't be against picking him in the 2nd, depending on who we take in the 1st, but he's probably WR4 on my board. Maybe even 5 behind Mingo.

Draft Tank Dell and show him how the Greatest show on turf Rams WR's have long careers. After you catch the football just go down ten year career at the minimum there.

dont we have one of these guys in JJ Taylor right now?

I can see it now. The Pats draft Dell and Capt complains about him and Thornton having small hands. Of course, it also ignores that BOTH had ZERO fumbles in their respective college careers.

One thing about Dell, besides his obvious talents is that he’s smart. He knows when to get down and out of bounds, doesn’t take hits if avoidable. IF we don’t draft Zay Flowers, I really want Tank Dell in the mid rounds, he’d be a great consolation prize. He’s not just a flashy slot player, he had over 100 catches. Also, he was a captain, Belichick seems to like team captains.
