Tailgating Recipes: Got Any?

My favorite is scallops, wrapped in partially cooked bacon (1/2 slice of bacon for each scallop) and skewered. Throw them on the grill....they cook in about 5 minutes and are delicious!

Mine is take shot glass, pour chilled sambuca in it, toast with friends, drink. Ohhh you meant food. Burgandy tips and lobster tails but one of the guys I go with is a chef so he uses his own recipes and goes ballistic if anyone else touches the grill.
