SPAM private messages?

Sorry if this has been posted already, but in the past week I've received a couple of spam private messages from this site. Should I report these to a mod or Ian, or just ignore them?

I'm not so much annoyed at the messages themselves - it's more that I find it really cheesy for someone to join seemingly only to advertise their own site.

I got one today and found it annoying.
I don't need advertising coming to me when I'm trying to enjoy myself doing posting on a message board. I wouldn't join their stupid board now if they paid me.

I hope ian can stop it somehow.
