I am hopeful and it has been nice to see the judge issue pretty strong statements against the NFL but who knows how he will rule?

He may well have to rule for the NFL, even though he is trying his damndest to get them to settle, his hands may be tied.

Again, just trying to be pessimistic, which has been, by far, the most reasonable choice (i.e., best predictor of actual events) since the Wells report was released.
