I'd imagine if Ridley is done for the year Gray gets brought to the 53. Was a fan of what I saw from him in the preseason. Obviously was a numbers game for him because Bolden plays ST.

I liked the way he was running so far this year. That's too bad. Looks like more of James White and perhaps they will bring up Jonas Gray. He is a bigger back and might be a good change of pace player as compared to White , Bolden and Vereen

If he is done for the year I think there is a strong likelihood he returns in 2015 on a 1 year incentive laden deal. that's his best shot at getting a better payday in 2016.

Much as i like Ridley Mayo is the guy i am most concerned about, he cannot be replaced.

I don't know. Living in Tampa I knew Blount was kind of a **** up but he showed up for us when it counted. Maybe the coaching staff's love affair with Brandon Bolden was the reason.

Vereen has been inconsistent, particularly between the tackles, Bolden is...well, Bolden, and White is a complete unknown. It's a big loss.

I'm worried it's the last time we see him in a Pats uniform. Bill doesn't seem to like him and I have no idea why. I love Ridley.

Wish we would've kept Blount this off-season though. He wasn't going to cost much. I hated the James White pick... Not a fan of him.

Exactly- the depth is still there. I think we'll just keep the 3 RBs we have now, and go with another LB. Can always activate Gray in a pinch.
