Re: Reiss:personal loss in personnel

Who is this Richard Miller guy ? never heard of him
He's plays the bass fiddle in the band.

Re: Reiss:personal loss in personnel

Richard Miller is a research director, a behind-the-scenes presence who often helped in negotiations. :D

Did Mike find a sale on music metaphors at K Mart?

Re: Reiss:personal loss in personnel

Still, you don't just lose a key member of the band and keep producing the same quality music. Time will be needed to get everyone in tune.

Bruce produced some great music after taking a hiatus from the band. Tom Joad comes to mind. That's like getting better and winning a few more Super Bowls.

Sorry, Patjew, for the extended continuation of the band metaphor.

Re: Reiss:personal loss in personnel

The band analogy is ridiculous, the Patriots have to make good decisions not create something out of nothing. This isn't a startup anymore like when Belioli (RIP) showed up. It's a finely tuned machine; no-one knows what will happen, my guess is things will go just fine.

No...I think he's the sound engineer who REALLY helps the sound..but NOT on the stage...

Devils and Dust is not bad either, at least I have that to look forward to watch the super bowl
