Wasn't Terry Wheatley, Ronnie Brace, Germy Cunnyham, Glas-IR Dowling, Tavon F Wilson, Aaron Dropson, Dom Easily (and soon to be GeeNo Grissom & Vinnie Valentine) enough to convince you?
Great! Cherry pick one statement and gloss over, in the same post, where I mention drafting is not an exact science. Also conveniently disregard that even after listing all of the names you did, NE is contending EVERY year. What has it been now...five straight AFCCGs? Lol What other apparently better drafting franchise can claim that? And lastly, please just find me one team, JUST ONE, that hasn't drafted a bust in the past five years. Are you being serious?
Gronk (HOF?)
Hernandez (spare me the murder talk)
Wilfork (HOF?)
Seymour (HOF?)
TY Warren
D. Hightower (considered one of the best at the position)
H. Collins (considered one of the best at the position)
C. Jones (very good player)
J. Mayo (OUR LEADER)
D. McCourty (making a push to elite status)
Deion Branch (appeared in more SBs with him than Moss and was a SB MVP)
David Givens (made more big playoff plays than Wes Welker and was a RB in college)
Tom Brady (what a bum)
That's a short list deliberately. Again, drafting is not an exact science and there will be bad picks. Also, if you paid close attention to the few names I listed, you'll notice not every player has to be a "star" or the best at his position to win. BB, and I'm paraphrasing, has stated he's not about collecting talent. Rather, he tries to build a team. Go ask Snyder how well collecting talent worked out for him. So, are the names I listed enough to convince you? I already know the answer. And I'm also not responding to any more of this nonsense. You should try to walk on as a scouting guy. Wasn't Caserio a walk on? Lol
You seriously picked one sentence from the post and ignore everything that preceded it, which all explain why that sentence is there. It's like only watching the end of a movie and saying the movie sucked. Lol
