Patriots Still Evolving in Overtime Win
By: Christine Roy

Belichick still has a lot of work to do with this team but they came away with a much needed overtime win against New York on Sunday....

Still evolving? Where is the evolution? I still don't see a pass rush that scares anybody and the secondary is still making pedestrian passers into all pros. Those two issues are killing this team's chances of winning it all, they would otherwise be dominant. I'm beginning to think its a scheme problem and also coaching (not enough emphasis on turnovers and physicality). Watch the Bears D tonight on MNF, see how they try and rip the ball out on every tackle. Why isn't NE doing this????

Huh? TO and physicality has been excellent. Its the ball hawk skills and missed coverages of the 2ndary thats killing the Pats. Ty Law, Rodney Harrison and Asante Samuel are not walking through that door.

Evolving? Give me a break. Dissolving might be the more appropriate word.
