Patriots honor military with memorable visit to Training Camp - Patriots.com

Small except from the article.

"Among the record crowd of 25,317 in attendance for the New England Patriots joint practice with the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday, Aug. 12, were 50 members of the US Armed Forces, as the team celebrated its annual Military Appreciation Day on the fields behind Gillette Stadium."

My thoughts: God Bless the brave Men and Women who serve our country.

Most servicemen and women do not want any more recognition. They would much rather you vote in favor of giving them the services they were promised. They don't want to be called heroes because it trivializes the rare few of them who truly are heroes.

They're tired of being 'appreciated' when nothing meaningful is being done to help them in places it truly matters.
