    I agree. This is a mistake for Martz. I feel the perfect marriage would be Martz himself and the Bengals. The talent is there for the team to put up 30+ points a game.

    Maybe not...Martz likes to throw...Alex Smith was a spread offense guy at Utah...Ashley Lelie was a Run and Shoot QB at Hawaii...they could get something interesting going here.

    Or, it could all blow up in Mike Martz's face and this could be the last time we ever see him on an NFL sideline.

    I think its a good move by SF they could get any worse then that offense was last year.

    I agree that it was a good move by the 49ers they missed Norv Turner quite a bit so maybe Mike Martz can help them. I believe they need a top notch veteran receiver to help out Alex Smith also.

    A: Two of the worst pass-blocking offensive lines in the league.

    The Niners better have three QBs on the practice squad, because they'll need them before next year is over.
