Here are a few thoughts from the guys on NBC’s “Football Night in America” on the Patriots:JEROME BETTIS ON PATRIOTS: “If Tom Brady gets hurt, that football team is going nowhere.”TIKI BARBER ON PATRIOTS: “How do they want to define themselves? They want to say ‘we were the best because we could score fifty points [...]

    It comes with the territory.

We can handle it. The Patriots are leading the ball game and will take the kick-off in the second half.

    Where is Maroney?

the post game was kinda funny too. Chris collingsworth and Bob Costas seemed pretty upset that the Pats still won. They had all their material ready to go if the Pats had lost. haha sorry, not this week boys.

    Disable Jersey

LMAO I caught that too. When they cut to them after the game they looked pissed. A loss for words that somehow this team had pulled a win out.

    #12 Jersey

Did you see how giddy they were at half-time? They both have an axe to grind with the Pats. I just don't get it.

Yeah, I noticed Collinsworth had his stupid little folder out and opened up like he was taking notes or something. He was definitely pissed that the Pats won. He had that smug, fake grin on his face that looked like someone trying to choke down a sh*t sandwich. "No really...I eat them all the time and I like them!"

Seriously. What is the deal here? I think he made a brief cameo to take a TD dive. But he was MIA the rest of the game. GET us some RBs in New England!!

Collinsworth is a notorious Patriot-baiter from way back. Costas? Not bad for 5'2"....Actually, I'm not really a fan of his. He's kind of like a compost pile on a farm - it's just there...waiting...and in the meantime....
