Wilfork must be one of the most self-aware fat guys ever.

1. Any athlete that good has substantial body awareness.
2. He's athletically remarkable for his size and shape.
3. He's a major diabetes-charity guy.
4. His wife has enjoyed major weight loss.
5. He has considerable humility; if his weight does displease him, he doesn't just need to go into denial.

IIRC, both his parents had diabetes. . . . and Bianca helps monitor his weight to reduce the likelihood that he will have it.
