Wonderful, a sportswriter who can write and has credibility (not Skip Bayless) has said something about it on a national platform. That's what I like to see.

The little dig at our performance aside (aparently Michael had some issues come up in Foxboro before he left the Globe so he always has to get the dig in), he certainly covered all the salient points. The refs, like the media, have managed to inject themselves into the playoffs including even impacting the (arguably) biggest sporting event in the world to the detriment of the game.

Almost comically when I surfed around to check the early pulse last night, Prisco and Judge - the two CBS.com hacks - seemed to have watched a different telecast. And while Felger made brief mention of poor oficiating, both Cafardo and Borges must have been watching that alternate feed as well. Any reporter who missed the fact that the story in this snoozer was the zebras continuing the NFL's post season officiating debaucle on the worlds largest stage, should just turn in their media credentials. :bricks:
