Wow! What a game the other day against the steelers. As your leader David Gerard said, you truly are the team of destiny.
You have just earned your first play off win in several years and it is worth celebrating. Having followed the previous superbowl winning teams in New England, I can tell the one thing that seems to help in the post season is savouring each win. Don't believe the media hype about Patriots players practicing and preparing hard. Their real secret to success is enjoying their wins and staying lose for the next game. I recommend that you enjoy your first play off win by partying over the next few days and come back to practice on Friday. That will help you keep mentally fresh. Don't worry about the Turd watch(TM) points that your players are collecting either. Patriots players also get into trouble while partying a lot- only the police in the area have been bribed so they don't show up in Turd watch.

One other important TODO item to make sure to get done is to get under the skin of Patriot players during the week. This is done preferably by questioning the skill of Patriots players similar to the way Steelers did during their match up. You saw how much it got under the skin of Patriots players during that game- Brady and Moss both lost their cool in the game. The only reason it backfired is because the person making these comments in the Steelers team, Anthony Smith, is no good. If it is some one more skilled, lets say a skilled third down receiver who goes across the middle, like Dennis Northcut makes these comments, it will work like a charm. It will make the overrated Rodney Harrison lose his cool and forget his coverage skill.

Think ,Colts kicker, Vanderjerk making "money" hand gestures, to the Patriot bench, before his botched kick to lose the game.

Think Pittsburgh Steelers publically announcing a day off from practice back in 2000 to arrange accomodations for their families in New Orleans.

Think The whole San Diego chargers talking smack after their season victory against the Patriots, and prior to their playoff game against us.

Think the Phildelphia Eagles publically announcing their victory parade schedule before the superbowl even began.

Think Kordell Stuart saying the "best team lost" after a playoff upset, and then returning to Gillette the next season to lose and have this very quote from his press conference be played on the jumbotron.

ect,...

Go ahead talk smack.

He who has the last laugh

Oh! One other thing. If all of this fails and you still end up losing the game, don't worry. It is no big deal. You are already the "team that no one wants to play" this year. No one can take that away from you. Look at it this way- every year there is a superbowl winner. A "team that no one wants to play" comes once in five years or so.
