what exactly is the rule on that now? When you get an interception or recover a fumble do you get to keep it or do you have to give it back?So does that behavior stand out compared to how other teams keep control of their balls? It's not something I paid much attention to before.
How about compared to how the Colts handled it last year? Is that the same equipment manager?

I believe the rule is, if a game is selected at random for testing each team must produce the primary set of balls at half time for testing and those balls remain out of circulation. What if one or more of the balls is missing because it was turned over to the other team or ended up in the stands somehow? Do we stop the game, and call Ted Wells to investigate?
Someone get Roger on line one.
at 11 PSI when it was 11.8 just did something even shadier:

Guy dives on the ball after the Bills' Williams goes out of bounds after an interception. That guy did not want anyone checking out that ball.
The longer we go without seeing this guy's texts and emails, the guiltier he is.

Florio might not be suspicious but at least this got/is getting a little national attention.

The only irregular behavior that took place was when the Colts defense was on the field. I’m suspicious as to whether you could consider them NFL level.
Clearly Phil needs to stop taking Chris on road trips to Colorado.According to Chris Simms this video proves that Brady cheated. I mean why else would a Colts Ball boy be so protective over a kickers football?
well that right there is more evidence of ball tampering then the nfl had with the patriots. wheres the fines, lost picks, and massive suspensions?
