I think the probable outcome is that Brady get no suspensions and perhaps a fine.
Behind the scenes the owners tell Roger he won't be re-appointed and they restrain his future actions in some way. The owners want some Peace; and direct that they want a front office Housecleaning with Gardi, Kensil, Pash and Vincent leaving to pursue other interests in the next year.
