He was terrible last year and they still talk like he is a top flight WR.

They don't need him; they have Cromartie and some guy from the Chargers.

And do they actually need WRs in that offense? Maybe for decoys. We wouldn't want a defense figuring out that they are going to run Tebow on the next play.
