I kind of love watching the Pats play the scrappy, overmatched underdog for a while trying to pull together an offense out of spare parts. Hopefully guys get back in for the playoffs in good shape and we don't need to rely on trickery as much, but for now its fun to see the all the stops pulled out.

Wildcat!
Flea Flicker
Reverses and Jet sweeps
The weird drop kick kickoff probably falls under this category, but that might be more "playing around with obscure rules" than a desperate attempt to generate offense given the game situation at the time.
Not all of these work, of course, but it shows they're digging deep and leaving no stone unturned to get through this shorthanded phase.
I kind of expected a fake punt at 4th and 1 in the first quarter.
What other gadget plays were there recently? What else is still there to try? We've already seen more trickery this year than we'd expect to see in two full seasons.
