Hard work is just the norm here in New England and Jimmy Garoppolo said on Monday that it's one of the reasons it's been an easy adjustment for him since he came to the Patriots.

What was the comment by one of the Redskins players after a joint practice a year or two when the Pats were running sprints after an intense practice..something like " we don't do that"..And people's reaction was, yeah that's why the Washington players are checking tee times in early January and the Patriots are still playing.......

Compare that to Gerald McCoy ( who I would have loved to see in a Pats uniform but he signed an extension) who made the famous joking"Mr. Brady can you slow down a bit?" comment that was total respect for the way they did things in the no huddle......
 
There's a reason almost every veteran who comes here is quoted at some time or another saying "things are different here". It's not just the winning records, it's the winning culture.
