Has anyone been keeping track of where the cut players ended up?

As far as I can tell there are the following pickups:
Will Yeatman: Miami Dolphins
Lee Smith: Buffalo Bills
Brandon Merriweather: Chicago Bears
Wilhite: Denver
James Sanders: Atlanta Falcons
Brandon Tate: Bengals

Don't know about these guys:
Markell Carter:
Tiquan Underwood:
Landon Cohen:
Ross Ventrone:
Eric Moore:
Sammy Morris:

[Hopefully the Patriots can get Moore and Cohen back. It is unfortunate that the Patriots could not have brought Yeatman back....Underwood looked good also.]

Cohen is a Seahawk.

Not that it matters, but disposition might be the wrong word. Maybe destination?

When is Haynesworth getting cut?

Someone should start a thread about it.

Markell Carter and Ross Ventrone are on the PS.

Thomas Austin is now with the Houston Texans.

I didn't even notice that Eric Moore didn't make it.

Carter is on the PS.

Patriots announce practice squad - espnBoston

The Patriots have announced their eight-man practice squad, which includes four players who were not with the team this preseason.

Wide receiver Kerry Taylor, guard Nick McDonald, and tackles Matt Kopa and Thomas Welch have been signed to the practice squad. Welch was a seventh-round draft selection of the Patriots in 2010 who spent last season with the Minnesota Vikings.

Kopa split last season between the 49ers' practice squad and Dolphins' active roster. McDonald spent last season on the Packers' practice squad. Taylor is an undrafted free agent from Arizona State who spent the preseason with the Packers.

In addition, the Patriots have officially re-signed safety Ross Ventrone, defensive end Markell Carter, linebacker Aaron Lavarias, and running back Eric Kettani to their practice squad

Has there been any word on Steve Manieri?

That's funny. I was thinking the same thing because when I think of the word disposition I think of a persons current mood so I was going to correct the OP but I looked it up and sure enough it does have more than one meaning so they are right.

"b : final arrangement : settlement <the disposition of the case>"
