It's funny in a pitiful way. You know your doing something right if the the whole fanbase of the NFL are hanging on to the hope the Patriots will lose.

Lets see...against the Rams I rooted for the Pats, wanted the underdog and was pulling for the AFC

against the Panthers..well my ex wife was a Panthers fan...so that works out nicely...

against the Eagles...Ef TO and EF Mcnabb...and the Philly fans...go Pats...

against the Giants...potential of them winning 4 in 7 and threatening my claim of the best Dynasty ever...plus my HOF coach's record of 4-0 in the Superbowl...well...go Giants...

It wasn't about hating the Pats...its was more about loving my Steelers history...the rest of the league, and I'm sure some Steelers fans, were pure haters...me...I had other reasons. next season, if the Pats are in the Superbowl against say...the Cowboys...go Pats...I can't stand the effing Cowboys...besides, if they win it next year, then they Tie the Niners...and I can live with that.

Why are you so surprised? No one wants any team besides their own to go 19-0. Don't tell me you weren't glad when the Chargers stopped the Colts from going 19-0 a few years back. It comes with the territory of trying to get the record; everyone will be against you until you accomplish what you set out to do. The Patriots failed so now whichever team tries to go undefeated again will be hated by the fans of every other team.
