The big bad bullies from New England.
I am sick of hearing about running up the score, but it must be there is something in the water here in New England.

The Pats are winning games by 3, 4, even 5 touch downs.
The Sox put up almost 3 times as many runs as Rockies in the World Series.
The Celts win by 20 last night.

Well until the NFL changes the tiebreaking procedure (and I'm just waiting for Polian to do that) and points scored and point differential are no longer tie breakers, I suspect we're going to play by the rules and rack up points just like the NFL encourages us to do.

I'm not sure we can say the same about the other sports - but football? Yes - not only are teams not discouraged from running it up, the rules actually encourage them to do so.

I'm wondering if its hurting the feelings of other sensitive NFL players that we're doing so well in the other tiebreakers - like winning division and conference games!
