Melvin Fowler vs. Vince Wilfork: Buffalo's new center will have his hands full with the disruptive Wilfork. New England's nose tackle was dominant in the last matchup with the Bills at Gillette Stadium. He had a career-high 12 tackles, and does anyone remember him catching Roscoe Parrish (with some help from Mike Vrabel) on a reverse to drop him for a six-yard loss? Fowler will need to rely on technique and quickness to outmaneuver Wilfork.

Key concern: New England's two tight ends Daniel Graham and Watson. They're both bigger factors in the passing game now with a turned over receiving corps. Watson is lightning quick for a big man and will be anything but easy to cover.
"They're very talented at that position," said head coach **** Jauron. "It does pose a problem because of the size and athleticism of those players. They kind of overmatch your secondary with strength and size, and they overmatch most linebackers with their speed and athleticism. They have good ones and it is a problem. It definitely is a problem."

Quote of the week: "We're most likely to see him as a returner and he's a guy who doesn't like to fair catch. We're the best of friends, but this week he's on the other side. If he doesn't fair catch we'll have to lay something on him."
