There is no 'trial' hanging over the season, and no, it wouldn't be worse. It can't be any worse than it's already been, unless you believe he's guilty of this and more.

That's as clear a case of no notice being given as you can possibly have, coming from the person who (supposedly) laid out the initial penalty, heard by the 'independent' arbiter. How Goodell could possibly uphold a suspension based on this is beyond me.Nice writeup by Florio on how Vincent helped the NFLPA establish their case.

Regardless of when this end, there will be plenty of talk about the outcome.There is between 25 - 30 different threads on deflate gate right now on this site.
