Yes, thank you all. I have gone to the site every day during the season, and every week in the off season, and I thank you all. Im mostly a lurker, but I have been here since the beginning, and been a pats fan my whole life. The pats first superbowl is one of my earliest memories!

This forum is invaluable in keeping up with the Pats while living and travelleing SE Asia. Thanks to everyone involved: Ian, posters, moderators etc.

As a side note, every year I have been in SE Asia for a January playoff game the Pats have won the Superbowl. Just got transferred for a 5 year stint in Singapore and Jakarta last February. I'm hoping the streak can continue...

All that the Sep 2004 means is that the poster is at higher risk of still saying "There is NO way XXX makes this team" rather than the more up-to-date "XXX is made of glass"!

Speaking of which, I have just discovered that I have 1 infraction listed.
Something about a sig violation?? I don't even have a sig.
Smessy's name was at the end of the line so I guess he logged the violation.
I tried to email him for clarification but he doesn't accept e mail and I'm not set up for PMs...as far as I know.
I would appreciate an explanation on this if one of the mods could oblige me on this thread.

In the near-top red bar, click on "User CP".

When the next window appears, look in the left margin, click on the 4th thing from the top "Edit Options". Go to the middle box. Click in "Enable Private Messaging" and "Show New Private Message Notification Pop up".

Then, please PM me and we can discuss it. Offhand, I don't remember what it may have entailed. For all I know, it could have occurred over 2 years ago.

Agreed.....always the place I have looked for Patriot info...Been here for almost 5 years...seems LIKE a long time...the best was when I was in Alaska during the off season and finding out what was going on with the team..ONLY place...

I've been so happy to be a part of this board, even in the disappointing times. With so much hatred for the Patriots outside the fanbase, I've found it at times impossible to hold a rational discussion with other sports fans, especially this season. This has been a safe haven for me to share my rants and raves of the Patriots, and I love being here. Thank you guys for sharing these times with me.
