3rd year pro, 23rs old. Had just won 3 majors, 2 in a row. Up 5 strokes last day, and looking at a Masters repeat and golf history. And that big lead was probably worst thing that could of happened to him. Imagine thinking and sitting on THAT all night. "Ok, we'll play it safe, all we need to do is just don't screw up."

Spieth et al do not make the game all that interesting, they are always near the top of any leaderboard.. hit the ball straight off of the tee about 280 to the center of the fairway, great iron and green play... a tad mechanical for my druthers.

Give me Tiger or Phil hitting the ball into the woods or crowd and crafting really great shots that excite the masses..
