Who is? Kraft at Brady for moving past it?

Basically goodell never talked to them about Brady just league news and they feel he misrepresented their conversation during the victory tour as burying the hatchet about Brady. AND THEYRE REALLLL MAD!

Basically it was useless "news" and more probable than not a PR plant through Zo

Pick up Scooby III, Keith Marshall, Kyle Murphy and Daniel Braverman with the last 4 picks. Then add Kalan Reed, Frankie williams, Tyler Johnstone and Jake McGee as UDFA.

But the picks he traded were in reality worth a high 5th round pick this year. That doesn't make any sense.

One more time. He traded 2 6th round picks and a 7th, total worth 25 points, for a mid fifth worth 32.6, then got an offer for a late 4th worth 44 points. Turning 25 points on the value chart into 44 points on the value chart is great value going by the chart. I wanted him to keep it and take a RB and made that clear at the time. That doesn't however change the fact that he managed to get their fourth back next year starting with 2 6ths and a 7th, and that is smart maneuvering. Belichick always picks at the end of every round and has had to find ways to work the system to make up for that, this is how he does it, and whether I like it or not it works.

If the Pats go 3-4 I wonder who fits where.

Sheard, Long and Nink can fit but all are better as DEs.

Yeah. Exactly this. If that's true then Kraft can and should say so publicly. Jonathan whispering to Zolak is meaningless.

Anyhoo, back to the draft.

Ooo maybe Kraft will change the Pinterest account to Brady's jersey too? Also can't believe Goodell has lied about literally everything except that the Patriots are cheaters. Yeah that's the ticket...he must be right about that...

Value wise, trading those [high fifth] picks for a restricted 4th rounder next year doesn't. As a fungoolie? A lotta sense IMO.
1. Perhaps they looked at the player they were going to take was suddenly gone or might not make the team when the Seahawks came calling. Idk.
2. Saw value in filling a gap in next years draft. No pick from end of 3rd round to end of 5th.

So, you're saying a pick this year isn't worth anymore than a pick next year? The pick we traded was the eigth pick in the round. What chance do you think both the Patriots and Seahawks will be both be picking 8th or higher next year?

In the big picture, no it isn't. You get a 5th round player today for his career or a 4th round player next year for his career.

Zo was all over the place. Could not even finish a sentence. He sounded like he was legless. What a farce

They needed to unload some picks. They had no 4th next year. So, they moved to next year. I don't know why some can't see that. It's quite puzzling.

I get that some people say there isn't much Kraft could've done and I somewhat agree on that. But we could agree he could just stop talking tough at least ? The false bravado is just frustrating, I'd rather they just say we got hosed and that's it.

According to scouting Mitchells route tree is limited and needs work.

Scouting Report: Malcolm Mitchell, WR | NEPatriotsDraft.com - 2014 NFL Draft

• Showed the ability to adjust to a lot of poor passes at times in 2015, and had the 16th-highest receiving grade in this draft class
• Varied route runner, picking up a reception on nine different route types in 2015. That’s even more impressive when you consider that he had just 58 receptions
• Uses his body well to shield defenders from the ball. Caught 19 of the 20 catchable passes thrown his way on hitch routes in 2015, picking up 242 yards in the process
• Good with the ball in his hands, forcing 13 missed tackles from his 58 catches this past season
• Small sample size, but solid hands over the past two seasons, dropping just four of the 93 catchable passes thrown his way between 2014 and 2015

------

STRENGTHS
Made huge jump in explosive plays and yards per catch from 2014 to 2015. Has the ability to make some plays down the field with a quarterback who will take some shots. Adequate play speed and can vary tempo of his routes. Very good hip sink to stop quickly and open up to the quarterback. Route running shows promise. Smooth with change of direction and works back to the ball. Able to make sharp cuts out of breaks and does a nice job of selling double moves. Consistently tracks and high-points downfield throws and is able to adjust to throws high, low and outside. Generally reliable hands and showed toughness in making catches where he know he was going to take a big shot.

We don't have unlimited roster spots.

He was trying to say things in a diplomatic manner, and he kept stopping in order to search for words.

I give up Ray, I can only go by the chart they use in the league, not the one in your head. It was great value and maneuvering by the standards they use and that's all I can go by.

Dan Vitale to TB. On the low the Bucs are having a good draft.

Add Stephen Anderson and I'be very happy with that.
