New York Daily writer uncovers Peyton's true persona

Florio was definitely critical of the NFL but I don't recall him being overly critical of the Wells Report's lack of transparency... However if I'm wrong then I'm sorry for painting him in the wrong light. Maybe I am misinterpreting the tone of his article here.

wtf are you talking about??

florio was THE single most vocal national guy in our corner posting stuff critical of the nfl nearly every day.

the wells report and these documents are 2 entirely different things, but you're saying that the wells report was bs so we should just assume these docs are similar bs?

Well, almost everything, Aaron Hernandez definitely doesn't agree with you.

you are correct. I was actually thinking of OJ Simpson when I wrote this.

at least peyton wasn't generally aware of something that never happened.

wonder if espn will mention this story. probably not...peyton, a man of impeccable integrity.

They'll mention it at 2:34am

The Rams troll is back, here to defend his buddy Peyton. He's the same guy that rationalized Peyton's sexual assault if I remember correctly, which I do.

I'm watching the Duke/Virginia basketball game. The camera just focused in on Archie Manning and the commenter says, "That man is the nicest man you will ever meet in your life." Unbelievable

Don't forget Mayweather.

Yuck.

But he seems to have lots of pals, including Isaiah Thomas as well.

Anyhow, I feel personally inoculated against Mayweather, because one of his enemies' family members is a Twitter pal of mine. :)

I've forgiven a lot worse youthful behavior than the single core act, or even the pattern of behavior, by athletes who:

1. Hopefully did it a bit younger (high school vs. college).
2. Grew up under lousy circumstances.
3. Now regret it.

I'd forgive the single core act even by Peyton, along with a denial.

But the pattern of behavior, and the gratuitous nasty cover-up, really rub me the wrong way. And the recent nasty HGH cover-up exacerbates my feelings.

I'm saying the opposite dude - I'm saying Florio is the one saying that these documents should be taken with a grain of salt because they're not "independent".

I agree. I can forgive the t-bag as an immature act, but the way they treated her for years afterwards is what bothers me. Just like I can forgive him for using HGH when coming back from an injury, but the coverup is the bigger problem for me.

If no name was attached to this report and I had to guess a QB, I'd said Johnny Manziel.

You really got us dude. Shaun King is a real jerk. These court documents from back when Shaun King was probably still in high school should just be disregarded! After all, how can we trust court documents someone else emailed to Shaun King after Shaun King clicked on them? They've been King-ed. They're probably all false now. Story over.
