Patriots QB Tom Brady 'pissed off' after OT loss to Broncos

I’m going to save you all the hardship of clicking on a BSPN report, so here is the transcript and the obligatory link for source:

Brady takes OT loss hard, says he's 'pissed off'

"It was a very hard loss. I don't think I've ever been so pissed off after a loss. I think everyone felt the same way," Brady said Monday morning on sports radio WEEI. "Hopefully we can use it as motivation going forward."

Brady said he thought Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib hooked receiver Brandon LaFell on the first play of overtime and defensive pass interference should have been called. The Patriots ended up punting after a three-and-out, with the Broncos scoring on their third offensive play on a 48-yard run.

"How it all played out, I guess I was just pretty pissed off, obviously the final outcome and how the last 15 to 20 minutes of the game played out," Brady said on WEEI. "It's a tough way to lose a game, especially when we had some pretty great opportunities there throughout to close them out. For a myriad of reasons, we couldn't quite make the critical ones when we needed. When we did, it got called back or something like that.

I just saw the video in that link. It is worth watching. Skip Bayless thinks the refs were out to get Brady and the Pats after Deflategate and the moron Stephen A. Smith agreed, though at the end Stephen A. shows his stupidity.

I wasn't that bothered by it. We outplayed them for most of the game with a bunch of nobodies in our lineup. The only thing that I was upset about was Gronk. I thought he was going to be done for the year. Luckily, that won't be the case.

Last night's game just reaffirmed my position that we're vastly superior to Denver so long as we get healthy.

Not that they really need it after everything that transpired in the post season, but Pats are now carrying an extra chip following last night’s officiating.

It's so bad it's insane how much the NFL fixed that game with the refs. Why in the heck won't the pats, Brady and bb go after the NFL this off season. They have to have dirt on them and can severely weaken the league with info. There's a point where you have to fight back

I love it when Brady is pissed. I think the deflategate juice was starting to go low so that game last night should be enough fuel for the rest of the way. Brady and bb almost never blame the refs but you see them fuming. You work all year and have people in stripes take the game from you , i felt horrible for our team last night.

There's no way in hell that the League Office can allow the Pats to win a second SB in a row after the humiliating decision handed down by Judge Berman. However, even the League Office is smart enough to know that the officiating in Playoff games will be under intense scrutiny, so their only alternative is to do whatever they can during the regular season to keep the Patriots from getting Homefield advantage all the way and hope that the Broncos or Bengals can beat them on their home turf in January.

The League knows that Bend Over Bob won't stand up for his guys when the chips are down, so they figure they can get away with whatever they want between now and Week 17. So, I think we can assume that, for the rest of the regular season, "the fix is in." The Pats are just going to have to be "that much better" to keep it from stopping them.

Let's see… Brady wicked pissed, Belichick death stare, and finally well respected, influential owner Robert Kraft...

Bob is offering up draft picks as a peace offering.

Worse was the official word was it was the right call, at least admit when you feck up
Does anyone even give a sh*t anymore when Blandino comes out Monday morning and affirms what his referees did as the "right call"? He has never been a ref or done any officiating at any level, he's nobody, he's a monkey in a suit getting paid to say what Goodell wants him to say and everyone realizes that by now.
