Nice movement by Brady. Nice catch by Blount.

What exactly was supposed to happen on that punt play? I can't even imagine.

A. The Pats Burn a Timeout.
B. The Pats leave too few players on the wing, in which case the guy throws it over there for a running play.
C. The Pats leave too few players in the middle, in which case snap and run it.
D. Call a timeout.

What should have happened from the Colts POV is for the Pats to have all of the bases covered and you snap the ball anyway.

Win, lose, or draw, I’m guessing nothing warms the ****les of Belichick’s heart than his team passing a situational football pop quiz with flying colors like that.

Can someone provide a diagram?

After the game we really should put up a poll to see whether this or the butt fumble was worse?

I think it's clearly this. At least the butt fumble was an actual, legal football play, and it was in a game that wasn't even a little close anyway.

This was a relentlessly incompetent cluster**** that even if it had worked still would have accomplished nothing.
Glad I'm not the only one who's still hung up on that play. That might be the most incompetent thing I've ever witnessed in professional sports.

What's really hilarious is I KNOW what Mark Sanchez was trying to do with the Butt Fumble.

WFT were the Colts even trying to do?

Scare us into a timeout?

Since it's the Colts, they'll probably accuse us of drawing up fake trick plays and sneaking them into their playbooks.

Not giving it to Marshawn was in a HUGE spot. But it was a much much better football decision than what I just saw.

I better not see a prevent defense

Wonder why NFL hasn't got into the Olympics yet.

They so damn concerned with expanding the league world wide you'd think they be on top of that.

I'm still laughing since the play. My wife had to get earplugs.

thought they should go for 2

It's good to see Brady make plays like that when the pocket breaks down. I think we saw alot of that earlier in his career but recently before this season he kind of got flat when it came to that.

And he worked on it in the offseason. Simply love this dude.

Totally agree when he was younger he did this all the time.
