Nope, not at all. It's nowhere near as significant a part of his game as it was 5 years ago. He already made the change that you're talking about, probably because of the concussions he kept getting. He still does it, but his game isn't even remotely predicated on it. There's no reason to think he won't retain a large amount of the mobility that he has into his mid-late 30s, like Elway, Young and Favre did before him.
He ran for a first down. Ran for almost another. He doesn't scramble in the pocket. He RUNS in the pocket. They may be quick short bursts but it's running nonetheless. When the legs go, that will slow down. That will change the dynamic more than you seem to believe.
