Brady said he gets phones for free &usually upgrades when new versions come out. He also testified he's broken 3 or 4 by stepping on them.

DESTROYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How is he getting these phones for free? Is it possible he's getting something in return? I wouldn't rule it out. Awfully suspicious. Almost like he has something to HIDE!?!?!?!?!? Also he seems to hint he's intentionally stepping on these phones. Arrest this man for insurance fraud.

Why on Earth would Columbia recommend Exponent, of all places? They had to be aware of its rep.

I would love to know the exact wording of that recommendation. Would be hilarious if it was of a general sentiment like "no, we're not going to rubber-stamp your asinine witch hunt. Go to Exponent if that's what you want."

Wells: "okay!"

Trying to be impartial, the phone stories aren't lining up.

Did his phone break and he got a new one?
Did he simply decide to upgrade?

Yee and Brady have offered contradictory statements on this matter.

Exponent didn't see any need to test the Patriots Footballs being wetter than the Colts ones, 'cause who the hell cares about time of possession, right?

Q. You didn't test if the Patriots' balls were much wetter than the Colts' balls? You just stated that
A. At the beginning of the measurement period what you suggested, the balls were brought into the locker room and, on average, the Patriots' balls were wetter --
Q. Yes.
A. -- than the Colts' balls.
Q. You didn't test for that?
A. We did not test for that because there was no basis to test for it.

Ok you guys are my life line right now....I'm cooking supper and checking this board...won't be able to read whole thing for awhile. ....can someone throw out a % of who this favors? Would be greatly appreciated o_O

You are correct that the stories conflict a little bit, but it really doesn't matter what the reason was for switching phones, as long as that reason is something other than "I was hiding evidence."

Yep because those 3 texts are all that is needed. F-ing text messages. He needs to be fird as well.

From what I'm reading right now, the NFL and Goodell sounds like morons and Brady and his camp seem smart.

We certainly don't need this transcript to figure that out.

Factoring in personal bias and only being about 50% through the thing, this is a solid 95% minimum pro-Brady.

Jesus...evaporative cooling. Look it up dumbass. That RIGHT THERE, all by itself, could account for the measley 0.3 psi difference even using the worst possible numbers. Right there, but they never tested it.

Incredible.

This is the main challenge of the Brady camp. They need to be air tight with their story.

When Exponent were asked how they tested the method the Patriots used, they only did the gloving part and no sanding.

So that part of the experiment they did is also worthless as they did the prep differently.

At least 95. So much screwup by the NFL and Wells. Ignoring scientific laws is the big one. That is amazing.
