What a curious omission. It almost suggests that, before an 'independent investigation' even happened, there were people in the league office who were absolutely determined to bring down the Patriots.

That said, thank you Kensil for saying that. Any time one of these neanderthal ****s is stupid enough to say something like this, it just make's Brady's lawsuit easier to win.

I think we'll see a lot of stuff like this come out, that's one front they can fight on, there'll be more I'm sure but it's going to get interesting, going to be a fun summer.

Wow read it. What an a**. Sounds exactly like something Kensil would say. Good let the facts leak out. This report will get destroyed. I don't think federal judges are stupid. They will read this, if they haven't already and laugh. It doesn't even fit the NFLs definition of punishment. Just because you say generally aware and more probably than not doesn't mean you can justify punishment. That's not how it works in the real world Rodgie.
