But there must be something to the ratings as so far Richards is the only one drafted more than one round higher than projected.
Almost us... twice... but I'll take a second to say, there's something to them until there isn't. Wherever they're projected to get picked, the reality is that if they're picked in the 2nd, they're a 2nd round pick.
I mean, if that's too zen, think of it this way: what if everybody in the media is thinking 6th round, and everybody in the NFL is thinking 2nd? Of course nobody's broadcasting it, but if you're picking a guy in the 2nd you know you're thinking he won't be there at the end of the 3rd. Who's more likely to be right, the guys who do it for a living or the guys on the outside looking in?
