Those people that wear the 12s shirt...i bet you 90% of them can't name 5 players on the 2006 team..hell 2010 team...2011 team...

They jumped on the wagon because they saw it on TV..or it was loud and they felt amazing to be a part of how the stadium was built? They are special all right

I actually have stayed out in Seattle for numerous periods of time for business related trips(I work in the tech field). I can assure you, that the 12's never existed until 2012. Seattle is like, a larger more West Coast like version of Providence.

I saw that posted somewhere, and sent that to an old college friend of mine who moved out to Seattle and became a season ticket holder LOL.

I just think it is awfully sporting of the Seahawk fans to make and carry flags honoring the GOAT, Tom Brady, # 12!

They even made them using Pats colors, Patriot Blue and White, too.

to be fair seattle has alot of asian/international population. i went to seattle just last month, and pikes market was filled with asians.

I am Asian and I have no idea what the hell this is suppose to mean. This is 2015, Asians like football, we eat cheeseburgers, and some of us can even speak English with hardly any accent. I am sorry that you had to go to a market filled with Asians but I am sure that if you ever got to know one you would find out that we are very similar to normal human beings. Holy crap...this is some racist @ss ****. I like Tom Brady just as much as white people.

dude i'm not talking about those who are born here. i'm talking about recent immigrants. and there are many. asian/international population is growing rapidly in that region. seattle's chinatown is huge. and it's probably only part of the city where you don't see many seattle gear. everybody else is wearing seahawks gear. again, i just went their last month because of my work.

and so what they don't like NFL? NFL isn't for everyone. absolutely nothing wrong with that. most chinese friends i know heavily favors basketball over football.

put it this way. let's say Wyoming(92-95% caucasian) has a pro football team and their team is in the Super Bowl. if i had to guess, 70-80% of them would tune in to watch SB. football is a part of american culture. in south, many states don't have pro team. that's why they live and die by SEC teams. my friend is a huge bama fan, and he doesn't even watch NFL much.

Greenie from mike and mike said this - 'who are these people who don't watch SB? this is a big event. even my grandma who doesn't care about football watches it.' but in this country there are many who didn't get to have a typical 'american' family. a recent hispanic immigrant wouldn't live and die by football unless they are introduced to this great sports. it takes time to be like you. or like me. it's not part of their culture yet. they can't just come here and all of sudden love everything we do.

America is probably the most diverse country in the world. That's why i love this country. IMO diversity plays a key role in TV rating. if we weren't so diverse, and everybody was alike, SB rating would've been at least over 250 mil
