Sour Grapes from Seattle

What happened during the parade (signs mocking Sherman, t-shirt mocking Lynch) were given to the players by fans. It's not like the players dedicated their spare time to making the signs & shirt for themselves.

Considering what Seattle did DURING the SuperBowl - this is hardly classless. They started a brawl towards the end of the game. Baldwin pretended to take a poop on the ball after a TD. Sherman mocked Revis with the "TWO-FOUR" after a TD. Maxwell pretends to check the pressure of a football after an incompletion. All of that DURING the SuperBowl.

This is a simple matter of the Seahawks being able to dish it out, but can't take it. Its SOP for bullies to cry foul when someone begins to push back.

That being said, I was OK with Edelman beating up the sign, because he backed it up on the field. I was not OK with Blount and Boldins' T-shirt taunt of Lynch. I am pleased both stood up an apologized. What I haven't seen are any apologies coming back from Baldwin, Sherman, or the rest of the LOB and their cronies.

All this Seattle crap sounds a little too close the at old SD bull sh!t, where it was fine for them to taunt us and talk trash for an entire game, and then whine like school girls when they had some of it thrown back in their faces AFTER the Pats had won a hard fought game. Again, they can dish it out, but they can never take it. That's the definition of bullies

all i have to say is. You mad bro?

I am rarely disappointed with this organization, but I was disappointed that they would allow Blount to wear that shirt. I can understand the Richard Sherman stuff, I mean, he was the one who felt it was necessary to air out the on-field trash talk to millions of people while embarassing Brady and then mocking Revis. For the most part, the Seahawks took the high road, with virtually all of them (except Sherman, to a small degree) downplaying it leading up to the SB. Besides the emotion-fueled fight they started at the end of the game, I saw nothing wrong with the way they carried themselves; they were pretty gracious in defeat, and they didn't make excuses despite 80% of their nickel secondary playing injured or out with an injury. The garbage reminds me of the Giants and the way a few players just couldn't be happy with winning two SBs despite not really being the best team and how they felt they just needed to rub salt on the wounds.

You're overreacting a bit. As pointed out before, the B**** mode shirt was thrown to Blount by a fan in the crowds. He posed with it for barely 5 seconds before throwing it back.

How on earth is 'this organization' supposed to police something like that? It was the 4th ring parade for crying out loud!

Seattle took the high road? I can barely express how much I disagree with that. You call an all out brawl with 200 million watching being gracious in defeat (Sherman's handshake notwithstanding)?

This "fun" was not really meant to be direct shots at Seattle seeing as it was kind of a very public yet personal celebration between the New England fans and the players. The "***** Mode" shirts were being sold on the street so it was definitely not planned. I did notice that the parade definitely took a rowdier mode as it progressed and made it's way near the college kids.

And on top of all that, here's another. I just noticed Michael Bennet tripped Brady after Amendola's TD. Watch closely at around 5:45

Let's start with the fact Patriots fans don't care how opposing (Seattle) fans or players "feel". In sports as in life, name calling isn't something to get all up in arms over.

To me, if anyone is offended, too bad. It's just not relevant to anything. Personally, I know how Seattle fans feel and they'll get no sympathy from me. Deal with it. Why be concerned with how they may feel?

I have a confession...I just can't stop listening to sports talk radio out here in the Pacific NW. I feel kind of dirty about it, but it makes me smile listening to all their fans say how they deserved to win and that the Pats were lucky and it was bad coaching that lost the game not the Pats winning it, blah blah blah. I feel like a bad person for enjoying it so much, especially because so many of my friends are feeling similar things. Maybe part of it is that some of my friends who are "anti-Patriot" and were not very sympathetic after our last two SB losses, get to understand how it feels to have the SB ripped away from you and just maybe they will be a little kinder when the shoe is on the other foot to any fan of any team.
Then again...these are Seahawks fans, so probably not.

It's funny Seattle fans talking about luck. The Patriots should have been playing GB if you want to take luck out of it. Did they forget that game already?? Brady 13 of 15 two TD's in the 4th Qtr that isn't luck fellas.

Neither was Butler's interception. That kid blew that play up and made a great interception. They want to talk about luck? It was sh!t luck that they got to the 1-yard line in the 1st place.

I'm with you. Kinda want to set my ringtone on my phone as Steve Raible making that call, "Wilson throws, OH GOD IT'S INTERCEPTED BY MALCOLM BUTLER!! oh goodness gracious"
Then he goes on to say something about striking the hearts of all Seahawk fans.
It's like I can't hear it enough. sweet,sweet schadenfreude

I do not listen. Call them up and ask where you can get some Adderall.
