The Broncos really know how to celebrate a win.

This to me is small but it's a one of many little differences between good coaches and mediocre ones. BB wants to give them the day off for the win he (most likely) knows it is good to rest on that next day. But he would have phrased it as "get this big win and you'll earn monday off. If you don't we are back to work". If they lost it most likely would have just been light film work.

But look at all the players and how pumped they are at earning that extra day off. Great coaching to me and great to see the players coming together and happy.

Really looking forward to what this team can do.
