Haven't read through the whole thread because they are so tortured and painful, but it's not bench but rather quit forcing throws. I know they wanted to speed up the assimilation but sometimes early on just winning matters more. Those two will be fine in time, just can't force issues all the time. Let players find a rhythm and play.
