Please post for, today's Patriots vs Bills pre and during game, your keen observations, insightful comments, knee jerk reactions, but no rants and raves, all on this thread.

There are still things at stake today. Let's hope for a good game with no injuries and a comfortable lead so BB can pull some starters in the 3rd quarter.

There is another game thread in the VIP forum for you who would rather post there.

What I want to see:

- Pats win
- No significant injuries
- 60 mins of Patriot football
- Ridley getting some carries early and often
- Hoyer time in the 4th quarter :rocker:

So, Faulk goes quietly.

Funny tweet by Bedard:

"
Patriots are 82 yards away from becoming the worst pass defense in league history. Think they'll stop the game?
"

Interesting point: by TDs, the Pats need to give up SIX passing TDs just to be the worst D in NE history, let alone NFL history. Right now, by TDs, they don't even rank in the bottom 200.

Some one Tweet that back at Redard.

Why is one of our few 1PM games on New Years Day? I really could've used the extra few hours!

No Mallett...I guess they intend to play hard today.

That's one of the things I hated about living in the Pacific time zone. So glad to be back in NE. :D

Yeah, the merits of using yardage as a standard for ranking defenses have been thoroughly discussed here; does seem to be an outdated metric — but it's what is used. we all know this D isn't "the worst." I still think what Bedard wrote was funny, after what the whole Brees thing last week; gotta be able to laugh sometimes.

if spikes is having issues with his knee than sit him

hey the pre-season crew is calling the game today
