Re: Playoffs? Playoffs? Are you kiddin' me?......Playoffs?
None of the AFC teams are that strong. Playing the Packers/Saints in the SB would be a different story, but I'm sure Belichick would be happy to be in the position to have to gameplan.
I'm sort of lowering my expectations and hoping...
Oh, really? He's carrying Welker and Gronkowski? The same Gronkowski who caught a bad pass, fell on the ground, got up, broke 2 tackles, and ran 50 yards? And who just broke the record for receiving TD's by a TE in just 13 games? Or Welker, who lays his body on the line every day and has since...
Well, they had the one seed last year, with everything set up basically perfect, with the only playoff teams remaining being the ones they had already beat earlier in the year, and they still lost, so I'm just more concerned about them getting in.
Acting unprofessional and throwing a tantrum? Brady does that after every incomplete pass nowadays. Tom Curran (for once in his life) actually made a good point that Brady needs to dial it back and start having more patience with his receivers, especially when he had the day he did, being very...
At this point, who wouldn't want the Jets? Mark Sanchez is one of the few QB's bad enough that he can't exploit the Patriots leaky defense. And the Jets defense isn't quite what it was the two year prior. Sure the Jets could win, but I would definitely take that matchup over having to play BOTH...
I've been hanging on to "well, they give up a ton of yards, but they're pretty good in the red zone and not giving up too many points". But today was awful. At this point I'd be happy with one playoff win.
I don't remember Brady showing his receivers up really at all when he was younger. From 2009 on it's gotten pretty bad. I'm glad O'Brien got on him. Brady made the bad throw, he needs to take responsibility.
