I pretty much agree with all of your post. Marty always let it be known that he nevers stands in the way of anyone on his coaching staff leaving his team for a better position with another team, i.e, Wade leaves to be HC in dallas, and Cam leaves to be HC in miami. I think that fact just pi$$ed...

We have quality players in Jammer, Cromartie, Hart, Weddle, and Cason, the problem has been the defensive schemes, Ted Cottrel plays prevent and zone defense way to much, it has been killing us, the miami game is a classic example. Any team can complete a lot of passes against us right now...
