Thanks Pats for the thorough butt kicking. Hopefully Chicago will learn something from it. Great team you guys have and great fans here. Thanks to all who came and visited Dabears.com.
Here's to you beating the Pack and us beating the Jests!:D
After taking a year to rebuild historic Soldier Field (during which time the team played home games at Memorial Stadium in Champaign), the Bears christened the new stadium in September 2003.

Wow. Bigdog0707 is not from dabears.com. I can assure you. Neither is CuriousGeorge. Just sayin.
Honestly I don't care what pats fans or bears fans think. It is irrelevant on Sunday.
I do think, based upon matchups, schemes and talent level, that the Bears have a good chance on Sunday...
How about the West Coast Spread? Joking....
I'll admit to thinking that the Pats, like most teams, throw underneath (a more accurate term) when needed. However, I always saw it as a means to set up biggers passing plays on the outside and downfield. It's hard to argue with success.
No offense, but your perspective is skewed. It has nothing to do with the Patriots at all.
Dink and Dunk has been a term used by analyst and fans alike long before the Pats were on anyone's mind. I remember hearing the term when Merlin Olsen was calling a Cardinals game QB'd by Jim Hart...
Yes, of course I realize that the league CAN mandate such a move. I also realize that they DIDN'T. I stated myself perfectly.
Don't you think Heinz would have been mandated too if they were in the mandate mood?
Re: Cowherd predicting Pats loss.....
I hate Colin Cowherd, but he is something like 87% accurate at his predictions.
I'm not feeling it so much. Still say we (Bears) either give this one away or the team with the ball last wins.
Yep. Heinz and Soldier are consistently voted the worst fields in the league by players.
The resodding makes Soldier a clearly worse field at this point. WhoTF resods in freezing weather? Chicago's Park Authority (not team) owns the field and is completely clueless.
Wow, got a year or two?
Most Bears fans aren't too sold on Lovie, though he is the best we have had in 20 years. He is stoic. I think in the time he has been there, there are a grand total of 8 pics of him cracking a smile or frown.
He's been much better this year than any since losing the...
Re: Ryan Compares Jets to '85 Bears Today in Presser About Bad Reg Season Nat'l TV Lo
One other difference:
'85 Bears vs. Miami, Jim McMahon was out. We started Maury Buford. That's right, Maury freakin Buford.
Bears only blitz a few times a game (less than 8), thusfar, mostly from the nickel back. We have much improved safety play over the previous 2 years. Corners are pretty decent, though no one will dub their area as "an island", lol.
We are missing our 1st and possibly our 2nd string SLB, which...
