Pittsburgh Steelers DC Keith Butler: Patriots' tactics can be 'on the edge of being legal or not legal'

These idiots just can't help themselves. Ignore the fact that our own headsets weren't working last week. Ignore the fact that the NFL handles the headsets, bring back up Tomlin's loser refrain about how stuff ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAPPEN in Foxboro.

Hopefully Mike "Integrity" Tomlin doesn't get in the way of a Patriot with the football on the field.

I don't normally get ticked off by comments like this but ****.
I think its great for pats that they tries to get Brady and Pats mad. Some in the league learned that is not good to make pats angry so they stopped talking stuff like that, but i am happy that Steelers are such morons. They are only helping to win pats a game against them.

Why would he do that

Goodell's WWE needs a villain...and losers can't be villains...and nothing incites hatred more than success...

That they are not considered the villains any longer is what actually really bothers them about the Patriots. It sucks to be some Yinzers waving yellow towels around for just a better than average franchise.

""We were listening to the Patriots radio broadcast for the majority of the first half," Tomlin said, quite angrily."

You gotta admit that would actually be hillarious if BB and Ernie Adams DID scheme that up in the bowels of Gillette like Beavis and Butthead "Hey I got an idea to screw with that fartbag Tomlin, let's switch his headset over to Scott Zolak right after we score our first TD! He he he"

Steelers coaches are well known for pushing the boundaries too

Pushing the boundaries? LOL

Remember that no-name guy in the Steelers secondary years ago who talked a lot before the game? I seem to recall we targeted him all game long, and then BB torched him in the post-game presser, saying that we'd seen a lot better players at that position before. I hope we see a similar beatdown on Sunday. Those guys just annoy me.

Just for that, I can see Belichick scheming up some extra special, obscure, procedural variations that cause Tomlin to have a complete melt-down on the sideline and procede get in the fetal position.

Well he's right, and it is getting worse, even spilling over into other sports.

I had to give up watching baseball because of it. There is one play that has become really wide spread. The pitcher uses his normal arm motion but uses a different grip.
The batter thinks a fastball is coming and swings and misses because the pitch came in much slower than he anticipated.
They aren't even trying to hide it any more, and even made up a name for it; "changeup"!

Cheatin' bastids!

The Steelers are a team that I have tried really hard to like and respect, given their storied history, but the players and fans just get so butthurt at the Pats' excellence challenging their legacy that they just make it impossible.

Sadly, that's not exactly a new issue.

Charles William Eliot, president of Harvard from 1869 - 1909, on why he wished to drop baseball as a college sport: "Well, this year I'm told the team did well because one pitcher had a fine curve ball. I understand that a curve ball is thrown with a deliberate attempt to deceive. Surely this is not an ability we should want to foster at Harvard."

Yeah, but he's got a point. Those formations really seemed tricky and confusing. Really not fair. I'm also against fake punts and the like. I teach my children to be truthful. Those plays frighten and confuse them.

And don't even get me started on the play action fake. What kind of example are we setting for the children with that ****?

It's really a disgrace. My cousin's boy was playing football last night, and the team he played against put a bunch of different players in the backfield. That's confusing enough but, after the QB took the snap, he'd pretend to hand it to one of those guys and then give it to another.

Shameful!

Making excuses before a game after giving up over 200 rushing yards to the LOLphins. Hahaha

In the PC age we live in, it all makes sense.

The Patriots make other teams and fans feel "Less than", so their fans, players and coaches complain.

So the question is, should opposing stadiums set aside Safe Spaces for all the little kiddies that get very, very sad after we beat them?

:D

Can you keep the BS Macho Talk in the political forum and just make fun of this dumbass coach like the rest of us?

Given their steroid history?
