Sheard just makes plays. If he stays healthy, I think he makes Jones expendable. I'm not saying that's what I want to see, but it's a reality.

It has to be in such a way that it restricts the ability to catch the pass. Touching the arm is done all the time.

It looked like he grabbed the arm and prevented the catch even though he batted the ball. I could be wrong though.
