Shooting after game

Fight in parking lot outside AT&T Stadium leads to shooting...

http://crimeblog.dallasnews.com/2015/10/one-person-shot-near-att-stadium.html/

A man was critically injured after a fight broke out in an AT&T Stadium parking lot on Sunday night, police said.

Two Arlington police officers were alerted to a fight in Lot 10, near East Randol Mill Road and North Collins Street, about 8:20 p.m., police spokesman Christopher Cook said.

As they arrived, they heard a single shot and found a man in his early 40s with a gunshot wound, he said. The man was transported in critical, life-threatening condition to Medical Center Arlington but has since been flown to another hospital because of the seriousness of his injuries, Cook said.

The suspect in the shooting was transported to another area hospital with a leg injury that police believe may have happened as he attempting to flee the scene.

He has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and will be booked into jail after he is released from the hospital. Officers are guarding him.

Post-Game Shooting in Cowboys Stadium Parking Lot

Very disturbing:

http://blog.masslive.com/patriots/2015/10/man_shot_in_parking_lot_outsid.html

According to what Arlington police are telling local media, a man pulled a gun during a fight in the parking lot and shot the victim. The shooter has since been taken into police custody while the victim has been taken to a local hospital and is reportedly still alive.

And they couldn't even do it right. The guy is still alive.

Cowboys lose on the field and their fans lose in the parking lot after the game.
That's a really ****ed up response.

Not clear he will survive. LEO was quoted as saying "life threatening injuries". Shot in the head, with life threatening injuries, there's a good chance that if he survives he will have life-altering permanent damage.

Perhaps you'd like to re-think your reaction.

This looks awful...

That also makes it seem very likely that the victim was targeted for wearing Patriots colors.

I suppose demonizing the Patriots and their fans is all fun and games until someone gets hurt.

Yep. And now there will be scant attention paid to the shooting. It will be under-reported to avoid tarnishing the NFL shield. And especially, Besmirching the reputation of Amerika's Team.

Question is, does Goodell have blood on his hands for his part in inciting this irrational hatred of the Patriots?

No. Goondell is a bloodless , brainless, misanthropic POS.

How sad...people with guns at a game...Texas one crappy state!

Don't blame a state for the acts of one idiot or a group of idiots.

I was stationed in Texas and it is a great state. Most people, like anywhere else, are good people.

Stay focused on the idiots.
