I heard Dale and Holley mention this tweet yesterday. They said that Richard Berman and Stephen Case last worked together in..... 1974. (Not a typo, it has been over 40 years since these two men worked together).

The law firm was founded in 1849 and there are currently 800 lawyers working at that law firm worldwide, which is based in New York. When Berman was there, there may not have been quite that many, but certainly there were at least several hundred.

If you take those hundreds of lawyers from one NYC law firm in 1974, and look at everything each of them has done over the course of their professional lives, then it's amazing if this is the best "connection" the haters could find.
