Judge Berman Speaks

Called out the Union for Venue shopping (Which is correct) but not the League who also obviously did the same.

In fact it is pretty clear the only reason the league took as long as they did in releasing the appeal ruling was so that they could have everything ready to submit before the union got a chance to.

Brady and Pats are screwed

The union did venue shop, as did the league. The judge laid it out and, to be honest, I agree with him.

Now let's hurry up and obviously lose this case, because NY judge!!!

Where did he call out the union for venue shopping?

this has already been posted.

nothing in the judge's order criticized the NFLPA for venue shopping.

#failthread

One day I'm going to wake up and its January 19th and all of this has been one long terrible dream. Right?

The PA should have filed in Massachusetts, would have been much more likely to get a change of venue.

The judge who moved the case was an asshat in his writing. The idea that keeping the cases in the same court they've been in didn't exist as a reason should have been beneath him.

Where exactly did the judge call out the union for venue shopping? Judges need to explain their decisions or they will be appealed later. That is why they need to "call out" parties by saying there was no basis for doing something, such as filing in Minnesota.

This is going to be a REALLLLYYY stressed out forum during the proceedings.

Just curious if you were moved by Bob Kraft yesterday enough to forgive him...and maybe forget

What has Bob Kraft done to be forgiven for, not to mention forget how he threw his coaches, players and fans under the bus for a day of nice coverage on NFLN.

So much for the "deal" Kraft supposedly struck.
